The BirdDog Group is a full-service marketing and sales consulting firm with locations in Orange County, Silicon Valley and London, England. We offer a wide range of services including global sales representation, website services, strategic marketing consulting, and training services.

The BirdDog Group was established in 2001 to help firms gain better exposure in the North American marketplace. Our services quickly expanded to include the European and Asian markets to provide worldwide sales coverage.

The BirdDog Group is dedicated to helping small to medium-sized businesses be more successful. We provide hands-on help through on-site training, webinars, telephone coaching, and in-person consulting.

Our mission is to help our customers build better businesses by marketing with integrity and honesty, while delivering high-value solutions to their target markets.

John Bradley Jackson - Top Dog

John Bradley Jackson is the founder and Top Dog at The BirdDog Group; he is responsible for ensuring our service quality across all regions.

He is also Director for The Center for Entrepreneurship at California State University, Fullerton (CSUF). Since 2003, he has been a Lecturer in "Entrepreneurial Marketing" at California State University, Fullerton. Jackson also teaches "New Venture Creation", "Professional Selling", and "Marketing Strategy" at CSUF. Known affectionately as "Professor JJ" by his students, Jackson brings practical marketing knowledge to the classroom from both Silicon Valley and Wall Street.

Jackson's career began in high technology sales in the semiconductor industry at Signetics Inc., but he soon moved to high technology market research with Dataquest Incorporated. At Dataquest, he served as Vice President for nearly ten years and held a variety of roles in sales, marketing and research.

During the dotcom era, he joined Bowne and Company, the world's largest financial printer, and served eight years as Senior Vice President responsible for sales, marketing, and operations. While at Bowne, Jackson was intimately involved many high profile corporate mergers, acquisitions, and initial public offerings. Jackson also was Sales Director at Forrester Research Incorporated, an IT advisory firm. While at Forrester he served as Director of the Canada Operation and the Western US Region.

In February 2007, Jackson authored the book "First, Best, or Different: What Every Entrepreneur Needs to Know About Niche Marketing" which helps demystify marketing and strategy for the entrepreneur and small business owner. The bestselling book is used by small business owners and marketing executives across North America and is also used in the classroom at numerous university business schools.

His next book is called Déjà NEW Marketing and is available for pre-order. Déjà NEW Marketing offers the reader insight on how to adapt sales and marketing strategies in an ever-changing marketplace.

Jackson is very active in the Southern California philanthropic community having served on numerous boards including The Los Angeles Sports Council, The Southern California Committee for the Olympic Games, The Los Angles Triathlon, and Junior Achievement of Southern California.

Grace Moyles - European Sales Champion

Grace Moyles is responsible for sales in the European market. She is skilled at new business development and is an expert in market research. Grace is the founder of Training and Consulting Solutions Limited (TCS) a professional training and executive coaching firm based in Manchester, United Kingdom. Grace is also the European Sales Director for MRG, a high technology market research firm. Previously she was an Account Director at RHK. Grace has more than 20 years of marketing and sales experience in the telecommunications and market research industries.

Janet Hill Jackson - Gratitude Marketing Advocate

Janet Hill Jackson is our Advocate for Gratitude Marketing which is the business of expressing thanks to our friends, family, colleagues, and customers. A highly successful sales and marketing veteran, Janet will help you build a strategy for building new relationships and retaining them.

Prior to The BirdDog Group Janet was an Account Executive at FedEx Kinko's responsible for key accounts in the health care industry. Janet was recognized as a Top Producer and won national recognition for customer service excellence.

Janet also worked for Honeywell and Lifetouch where she also won national recognition for sales performance.

Victor Macias - E-commerce and Lead Generation Guru

Victor Macias is an E-commerce entrepreneur and lead generation specialist at The Bird Dog Group.

With over eight years of online marketing experience, Victor has grown various online businesses through his expertise in lead generation and social media marketing. This includes generating, qualifying, nurturing, and converting leads through landing page optimization, list building, conversion testing, and more.

Victor is a monthly columnist for industry magazines offering expertise in the fields of social media, online marketing, web conversion, and lead generation. Thomas Alexander Jackson - Community Manager

Tom is Community Manager at the The BirdDog Group. He wears a number of different hats including blogger, brand champion, e-commerce manager, and engagement specialist. He is responsible for all outbound communications, PR, social media, and events. Tom was sales rep for ADT and before that was in field sales at ACN. Tom is a 2012 graduate of CSUF.

Greg Jordan - Digital Marketing Guy

Greg is responsible for managing many of the digital marketing campaigns. A veteran of Yahoo!, Greg is a search marketing expert. Email marketing, social media, search engine marketing (SEO and Pay Per Click), and digital advertising are Greg's guru categories.

As a BirdDog Group business partner, Greg is brought in on supporting clients whose needs are going to hinge on developing a robust online presence.

Ron Arellano - The Web Designer

A seasoned designer with over a decade of experience working with clients, Ron brings all the skills of a big market design team with the understanding of how small businesses operate. Having experience in web, print and 3D, Ron offers full versatility to whatever marketing campaign a business may dream up.
